LCWA has recently activated credit card processing for its monthly invoices. On your email invoice near the bottom you will see an invitation to pay by credit card, so feel free to use that! Or continue to send a check in. If you want to pay by credit card, it’s built into our new LCWA Portal. In that portal you can do the following:
- Review previous payments (whether made by check or by credit card) and see your balance due.
- Make a payment with your credit card.
- Set up automatic recurring payments with your credit card so your LCWA bills are handled for you.
- Enter a support ticket directly in our support system. No need to call the 1-800 number.

For security reasons, you need to be inside the LCWA network when you use our portal. If you try to connect from another computer not on our network, or from a mobile phone using the cellular network, it will not work.
1. Use your web browser to go to https://portal.lcwireless.net
2. Click on the green bar at the bottom of the login screen to register your account.
3. Enter your email address (Use the email address where you receive your LCWA bills, etc.).
4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your account setup. PLEASE NOTE: Your password needs to be 12 characters or more, and not easily guessable. We suggest using a simple sentence that you can remember, with no spaces. (for example: igrewuponoldenstreet).
5. Once you have created your Member Portal account and logged in, select “Billing” from the menu at the top and click the “Make a Payment” button.
6. Fill out the form with your credit card and payment details. To set up recurring automatic payments, make sure you check the box at the bottom that says “Automatically charge this card for all future invoices.”
