Please Use Online Credit Card Payments
We announced last month that you can now pay by credit card and set up automatic recurring payments. But this month I’d like to personally encourage you to do that. The reason is that you doing that greatly lowers our LCWA billing costs: it costs a lot more for us to process checks and to chase down late payers. And, of course, reducing costs helps keep your Internet rates low. So, help us out, and help yourself, and sign up for credit card payments.
Signing up is a two-step process. First, you need to create a portal account. Next, you activate your credit card payment through the portal.
We Will Do this For You
Now, we will do all that for you. Just email our billing department at billing@lcwireless.net, and they will set up your portal account and help enter your credit card.

Creating the portal account is pretty easy; but there is a catch. We have a rather stringent password requirement in place. Why? Well, it is a payment site after all, and we all know Internet hackers are getting more and more sophisticated. So as you create your account, you might find that your first few password choices are rejected as being “too simple,” even ones that look complex and work elsewhere.
Password Tip
We have a video on how to do all this (see link below), but one thing that is not in the video is a suggestion that will help ensure that your password choice will be accepted on the first try. Here it is: While 12 characters is minimum, we suggest you choose a longer yet simple phrase, one perhaps 30 characters long, as your password. For example, the phrase: “MyDeepestThanksGoToLCWAVolunteers!” will be accepted and is surprisingly hard to hack. Most any long phrase will be accepted. And you don’t even need the capitals that I just showed—it can be all lower case. But no spaces by the way. Of course, don’t choose that specific phrase; rather think up something with similar length and ease, one meaningful to you.

For others having issues with the video, here are written instructions for setting up the portal and making credit card payments:
For security reasons, you need to be inside the LCWA network when you use our portal. If you try to connect from another computer not on our network, or from a mobile phone using the cellular network, it will not work.
Don’t forget, you can pause the video, replay segments, etc. Just like any Youtube video.

I have attempted to login from the posted URL using three browsers and it won’t load.
Are you doing this from within the LCWA Internet network? That’s required (for security).
I want to set up automatic bill-pay with my bank to pay LCWA every month. Video is too much. URL’s Wi=Fi. my Website, 12 digit passwords, within network, not within network, download this or that. Call Keith Swartz and he will kindly explain to you that none of this will happen from where I am sitting. Guess I will have to try and make the Dec. 10 meeting and speak to somebody.
